Mustafa Chike-Obi is the Chairman, Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency. He is also the current Chairman of the Board of Fidelity Bank. Prior to his appointment at Fidelity Bank, he served as Executive Chairman at Alpha African Advisory.
He has held several managerial and leadership positions in reputable global investment banking and asset management firms such as Chase Merchant Bank, Goldman Sachs, Shoreline Group, Bear Stearns and Guggenheim Partner, amongst others, where he acquired a broad knowledge base in capital market operations in both mature and emerging markets. This includes the development and marketing of fixed income securities products to institutional investors. It is also noteworthy that he created the Treasury Department concept in Nigerian banking and headed the first one.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford School of Business, California, USA. He seats on the board of several blue-chip companies.
Mark Okoye is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency. Prior to his current role, he served as the commissioner for economic planning and budget.
Before his career in public service, Mark had served as a senior member of the investment banking division at Afrinvest Limited where he worked on a diverse range of capital raising and financial advisory transactions across several industries.
His formal training spans George Washington University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and various executive programs in Public-Private-Partnerships, Strategy, Public Policy, Economic Development and Public Finance Management.
Mrs Ifemeje is a Professor with Over 25 years of experience. She is an Author with various research papers ranging from International Law, Gender and Women Right, Human Rights and Jurisprudence.
Prior to Her appointment as Attorney-General, She held various Academic and Administrative positions at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Most recently, She was the Dean, Faculty of Law at Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
Mr Onejeme acquired over 27 years of professional experience in the banking and financial services industry, both in Nigeria and across Africa, including over 14 years at general management and executive management positions in top financial institutions, before being appointed Honourable Commissioner for Industry, Trade & Commerce.
He served and retired as the Executive Director of Corporate Banking at United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) where he previously held the positions of Executive Director of Corporate and International Banking; Group Director, International Banking and Financial Services; Chief Executive Officer of UBA East & Southern Africa; Chief Executive Officer of UBA West and Central Africa and Group Treasurer of UBA Group. Mr Onejeme graduated from the University of Nigeria in 1986 with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Honorary Senior Member, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and alumnus of several executive education programmes, including the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania USA; the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Chicago Illinois, USA; Euromoney Training Centre, Surrey, London United Kingdom, and the Lagos Business School.
Prof. Offornze Amucheazi SAN is a distinguished scholar with twenty-eight years of experience in law practice and law teaching. His area of expertise spans constitutional law, employment and labour law and alternative dispute resolution. He regularly provides consulting and legal advisory services to investors, international development organisations and government agencies such as the World Bank, United Nations Development Fund, Department for International Development (DFID UK) and the National Assembly.
Professor Amucheazi holds a Bachelor and Master of Law degrees from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a PhD from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria (FCIArb) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, (FICMC) as well as a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He was recently conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria
Ms Nnake is Professional with over a decade of experience in strategy planning and financial audit. Prior to her appointment, she has worked as a Manager at a Big 4 Auditing firm, Before that, she held various positions across the (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) TMT and Investment sectors.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a first class graduate of Accounting from Benson Idahosa University and an Alumni of the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School where she did her MBA and Executive MBA programmes respectively.
Christian Udechukwu, is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse professional background. He is a Serial Entrepreneur, Corporate Finance Professional and Strategic Investor Relations Consultant. Christian has held consulting positions with Global Brand Marketing at Guinness Brewing Worldwide (GBW) in London and the UK Government’s Trade & Investment Department, among others.
Christian holds a BA combined honours degree in History and English Language from the University of Nigeria, an MA Honours degree in Advanced International Studies from the University of Leeds, an MBA from Middlesex University Business School, and a Corporate Finance certification from the London Business School.
Mr Ofomata is the Chairman of the Amaecom Global, An Asset financing and Credit Firm. He has an extensive career spanning over 20 years. He is currently the Chancellor of Mitchell and Michelle Business School, Nigeria: the first innovative, practical and hands-on-desk business school in Nigeria that trains and mentors businesses/businessmen, budding entrepreneurs and leaders.
He has a degree in Accounting from Abia State University, A Masters From the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship/ Entrepreneurial Studies. He also has certifications in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
Sam has over 20 years of experience in Banking, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Advisory Services.
He began his Investment Banking career at the Capital Markets Group of NAL Bank Plc, now Sterling Bank Plc. He was a core member of the corporate finance team at Sterling Capital Markets Limited from where he moved to UBA Global Markets, which later became UBA Capital Plc. He left UBA Capital to become a pioneer staff and head of Corporate Finance at Dunn Loren Merrifield from where he moved to Planet Capital Limited as an Associate Director and later Director and head Corporate Finance Advisory Group.
Sam worked on numerous high-profile transactions, raising in excess of $ 2 billion for various institutions, including corporates and sub-sovereign clients.
He holds a BSc. Degree (2.1) in Business Management from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (1999) and an MBA (Finance), from the University of Lagos (2015). He has attended a number of executive courses: Lagos Business School – Chief Executive Program (2015) and IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain – Advanced Management Program (2015).
Chinedu has built a track record of excellent performance spanning investment and financial analysis, business development, teamwork and leadership, project management, and Public-Private Partnerships.
He has served as the Technical Adviser to all the Managing Directors of ANSIPPA since its inception. With extensive years of experience in ANSIPPA, he is passionately optimizing his skills in supporting Anambra State Government investment initiatives, creating innovation systems, and handling diverse projects with professional finesse. Chinedu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
He has other certifications in Administration and Financial Management. He is highly skilled in harnessing collaborative intelligence to achieve organisational peak performance.
